Spencer was incredible throughout our buying and selling process. We loved that her knowledge wasn't restrictive to certain areas of the city. She shared her level of knowledge, but never pushed us one way or other, always provide sound information and facts when we had questions. If she didn't know the answer, she always reported back and explained in a manner we understood. When we immediately knew a home wasn't for us, she never made us feel like we were wasting her time meeting there, and her communication was clear, quick and concise. Spencer was recommended to my wife and I by a friend and it couldn’t have been a better experience. We had an introductory meeting with Spencer where she detailed her experience and took time to answer our questions. I worked with Roberta at the beginning of the summer as I was preparing to move to Saint Louis from Colorado and purchase my first house. At the beginning of the process, I was living out of state, but she was incredibly responsive to all my first time home buyer questions and was able to do virtual tours of any house I was interested in within at most 2 days. Her walk through videos were incredibly detailed and featured information about the areas the homes were located in, the inside of the homes and any concerns she though may come up during a home inspection. She was also able to talk me through the different steps of buying a home and what all was necessary to make this big step, while also being extremely accommodating of the needs I had for a home. The biggest need I had in a house was a fenced in yard as I knew a goal of mine was to own my own dog and give them a safe yard to play in. She ensured every house had a yard that was not only fenced in, but also had plenty of space for my future dog to play in which meant so much to me! A year ago Brian helped one of our neighbors sell their condo. It went up for sale and was under contract in a week. I contacted the neighbor to congratulate them and heard nothing but high praise for Brian. I kept his name and number knowing I would want this young man when it came time to sell my condo.
